I submitted an application. How do I pay the application fee?
Once you submit your application, you will receive a separate email with payment instructions within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my application result?
You will be notified of the result within two weeks after the deadline. If accepted, you will receive a separate email with instructions for paying the registration fee.
Which airport should I fly into? Where should I arrive?
The nearest airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. You should plan to arrive at The Gallery Inn. Please visit the Location page for details.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive on the first day of the festival. For example, if the festival dates are June 22–28, you should arrive on June 22. Check-in will be available after 1PM.
There is no scheduled programming on the first day, so arriving late (even as late as 11 PM) will not cause you to miss any activities.
Can I arrive earlier than the first day of the festival, or depart later than the last day? Will additional hotel accommodations be provided?
The festival does not cover accommodations outside of the official dates. If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, you will need to contact the hotel directly to arrange and cover the cost of additional nights.
Can I upgrade my room?
Room upgrades may be possible depending on the hotel's availability and at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly for arrangements.
When will I know the full schedule?
The detailed schedule is finalized after the participant list is confirmed. Once it is completed, all participants will receive an email with the information.
